Motivation
Earthquake is a catastrophic disaster which results in a tsunami that damages a great deal of property and a tremendous group of people. Moreover, people who do not live around a coastal area are vulnerable to an unexpected disaster.
Over the period of
the last couple of years, earthquake more frequently occurred in a peninsula of Korea compared to precedent cases and the highest magnitude (5.8) happened 2 years ago. Korea was not the place where natural disaster appeared often. We should start realizing that Korea is no longer a safe country from such earthquake-related disaster as a tsunami.
